All participants are invited to arrive in Québec City, where a chartered bus will take you directly to Tadoussac. The schedule of the chartered bus will be announced closer to the event.

If you prefer to arrange your own transportation, here are some details to help you plan your trip to Tadoussac:
  • The nearest major airport is Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB) in Québec City, located approximately 215 km (134 miles) from Tadoussac.

    • International Connections: Jean Lesage International Airport offers connections to several major cities.

    • From the airport, you can rent a car or book a bus with Intercar service to continue your journey to Tadoussac.

  • Driving is the most convenient way to reach Tadoussac:

    • From Québec City, take Route 138 East. The drive offers stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and takes about 3 hours. To cross the Saguenay River, a free ferry service operates 24/7 between Baie-Sainte-Catherine and Tadoussac. The ferry ride lasts approximately 10 minutes and is an experience in itself.

    • If you arrive by the East, you can drive on Route 132/Autoroute 20 to Rivière-du-Loup and catch a ferry there, that will get you to Saint-Siméon (1h15), check the schedule and make a reservation ideally, because places can be limited.

    • From Saint-Siméon, it’s a 65km drive to Tadoussac by Route 138

  • Intercar operates a bus service from Québec City to Tadoussac.

    • From Québec City, you can book a bus with Intercar, which provides regular routes to Tadoussac. There is only one bus per day, departing at 9:45 a.m from Gare du Palais and arriving at 2:00 p.m at Arrêt d’autobus de Tadoussac.
      The journey takes approximately 4 hours, including the ferry crossing.
