The Humpback Whale World Congress is a conference dedicated solely to humpback whales. Humpback whale is one of the most observed and most studied species worldwide. The HWWC has been created to gather people working on research and conservation of humpback whale species. The Humpback Whale World Congress aims to advance scientific inquiry and conservation efforts on the humpback whales in their feeding grounds, their breeding sites and in their migration paths, and will bring together researchers, scientists, non-profit organizations, companies working on humpback whales, promoting the exchange of expertise and partnerships.
